EAHA State Show Registration

Registration will be held:

July 30, 2011 at Chambers Co. Arena - 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

August 6, 2011 at ACHRC Arena - 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

No registration will be accepted on a horse without
a coggins COPY that is good through 9/5/111.
COPY = A copy that can be sent in with registration, not your original/copy.
(We will not have the ability to make copies at the arenas.)


You can fill in and print your State Registration forms ahead of time:

Type or print legibly in blue ink. Where signatures are required, sign - do not print.

  • Registration Summary Form (1 per family) (Participants must purchase gate ticket(s) at the time of registration.)

  • Registration Form (1 per horse/rider combo) (Check the Number of Shows Report) ( to check your elegibility for Barrels Open and 13-17 Barrels)

  • Consent/Waiver Form (1 per horse/rider combo) (If a minor, parent/guardian must sign)
